Abstract artist & creative coach
James Lawrence has been a professional artist for over 40 years, having gained his Master of Fine Arts in Printmaking in 1973 at the Otis Art Institute in California.
Through the years Lawrence has been involved with many exhibitions throughout the United States, Europe, Australia, Taiwan and Japan. His work has featured in Home Magazine and Décor Magazine.
For Lawrence, the primary aim in producing any work of art is to involve the viewer, capturing their interest and arousing their curiosity. To achieve this end he constantly experiments with the subject matter, media and form, because it continually challenges him to further his range of expression. This attitude enables growth to be automatic and leads Lawrence into areas that are always new and different and hopefully stimulating and exciting to view.
